Dear Precious Prayer Partners,

Ministry is on going and always has special needs. That is why they call it “ministry.”

It has been one over a year now that we have been fighting the city to fix their caved in storm drain on the Center’s property. They have used every stall tactic in the book to delay their responsibility and our children are hurting because of it. This is the very reason God told me never to use any State of Government funds to do His work. They care little about His purposes and children, only their own pocketbooks. Our attorney has assured us we are totally in the right and the city must take responsibility for their damages to our work here with the youth. But, they could drag this out until they think we will get tired or lose faith. As you know they are dealing with the wrong guy when it comes to giving up on God’s righteous judgments. However, we can not reopen the center without these much needed repairs. Our attorney assures us we can recoup our money when the case finally comes to court, but we need to do this now. We need some big givers to fix these damages in the meantime. If Clarke Williams were alive, Founder of Century Telephone, he would say, “Here Nick, use this check to fix it all and use the rest for the kids.” Unfortunately the Lord has taken him home. I have the people ready to do the work for the kids, but need to have the money. Let me say we need all the money, not just some. There are some people out there who can give big at this time to help. Some Foundations who support us could write a check for the full amount of the repairs, if they choose to. Whomever God has blessed and will help our kids now, you can rest assured it will be returned to you 30, 60, or 100 fold by our Lord in many ways. My book proves that. If you have read my book you know Sandy and I take nothing from this, we live off our offerings or 10% of what we receive to help the children. The total need to repair the collapsed drain and ceiling tiles is: $56,480.00.
